In order to be make each project a success, we have planned, developed and implemented this methodology into our project management practices. Our goal is clear: deliver premium craftsmanship and valuable solutions within the schedule and budget requirements of our clients.

Our first objective is to provide clear cut and well defined procedures for implementing our work. This provides all members of the project team well understood objectives for meeting the schedule and budget requirements of both our clients and our company.

We work carfeully with the project team to determine strategies that will achieve the objectives. We engage our clients in mutual avenues of communication at each stage of the project. We strive to ensure that we are prompt and effective in addressing the concerns of the project team by implementing technology tools for the most effective communication practices.

Upon approval of all implementation and procedure requirements, Kimmel gets to work to meet the most important objective: get the work done and get the project closed out.

Completion
Kimmel efficiently and expeditiously provides all project close-out documentation for an expeditious project closeout. We respond quickly to punchlists and work closely with all our subcontractors to ensure final project requirements are met in a timely manner.
